All content, trademarks, logos, methodologies, analysis tools, and intellectual property on our website and services belong to NCSS Group or our licensors. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

NCSS Group's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by Quebec law. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount of fees paid for the services concerned.
